2. Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You can expect to receive your order within 4 – 7 business days. We are always happy to accommodate rush orders when necessary. Express shipping charges will apply.
3. International Orders: All international orders will be shipped via USPS. All applicable VAT charges, duties and fees will be the sole responsibility of the receiver. We are not responsible for delays, damages or loss once the shipment has cleared US customs. Currently, our shopping cart is limited to US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand orders. If you are in a country not listed and wish to place an order, please email us at orders@eastmeetswestworld.com and will we be happy to quote you shipping charges for your order.
4. Our Guarantee: Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at customerservice@eastmeetswestworld.com.
5. Returns / Exchanges: All product returns require a return authorization number (RA#). Within 7 days of your purchase, you must contact us at customerservice@eastmeetswestworld.com for all return requests. Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email and we will provide a refund to your method of payment. Be sure to include a copy of your original receipt, your telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you.
6. Order Status: We usually ship orders within 1 – 3 business days. If you have not received notice of shipment within a reasonable amount of time, please email us at orders@eastmeetswestworld.com for an order update.
